Emava distributes its own developed Emava VT series (powered by RAD Torque).

These battery-powered valve turning machines are used for the safe and effortless opening and closing of heavy fittings and valves in water networks.

They offer digital torque settings, low weight, and do away with manual gear shifting.

Maintenance software (GIS): In cooperation with its partner Inventsys, the company offers an intuitive software solution for maintenance and risk management in water supply systems. The system helps municipalities with the digital recording, valve monitoring, hazard analysis, and legally compliant documentation of facilities from pumping stations to the pipeline network.

Testing and measuring technology: For the precise condition assessment of pipelines, Emava offers wall thickness gauges from the manufacturer Karl Deutsch. These enable non-destructive measurements of pipe thicknesses, even if the pipes have various deposits or coatings.
